1. Tour fees, itineraries, meals, hotels and transportation are subject to change without prior notice.
2. Flight times are subject to be changed without prior notice, depending on the airline’s final confirmation.
3. All tour packages require a deposit upon reservation confirmation. The company does not recognize any tour booking form or exchange order as confirmation of tours and bookings.
4. Seat allotments are confirmed upon deposits paid.
5. Infant fees (2 months – 23 months) are paid for airport tax and fuel surcharges, NO seats will be provided for infants.
6. Passports must have at least 6 months’ validity.
7. Go Go Travel & Tour reserves the rights to make changes to or cancel the itinerary at any time due to unforeseen circumstances, especially during peak periods or in the event of a force majeure.
8. Go Go Travel & Tour is not responsible for omissions, printing and/or presentation errors in brochures or in any media where such information may be presented; Go Go Travel & Tour reserves the right to make corrections as required.
9. Every person participating in Go Go Travel & Tour tours shall travel at his/her own risk. Go Go Travel & Tour shall not be held liable to any person for additional expenses that may be incurred due to delays or changes in any transport services, sickness, weather, strikes, war or other causes.
10. All pictures shown are for illustration purposes only.
11. We deserve the rights to cancel or amend the date of travel, with reasons such as insufficient tour members, flight cancellation or any predicted circumstances. We will not bear for any other loss caused by it. Full refund will be made for cancellation of tour; no refund will be made for personal reasons.
12. Only groups with 10-15 members are confirmed for departure. We have the right not to send a tour leader to accompany the group if the group does not reach a minimum of 16 people.
13. Participating in shopping tours means guests will be visiting a designated shopping stop for 1.5-2 hours.
14. Guests are strongly recommended to purchase travel insurance.
15. Guests are fully responsible for the goods which are purchased themselves.
16. Prices are only exclusive for Malaysian, prices for Non-Malaysians will be charged accordingly.
17. Checked baggage is subjected by the airline, any other costs will be liable by guests.
18. Only cash and online transfer is accepted.
19. Unused services will not be refundable.
20. Go Go Travel & Tours are not liable at any costs in the event that guests are placed under compulsory quarantine in the hospital due to a notifiable disease declared by the relevant government or a recognised public health organization of the country you are visiting.
21. Once a group is formed and confirmed for departure, full payment must be made 45-60 days before the departure date. Any differ in prices or loss after the timeline will not be the responsibility of Go Go Travel & Tour.
22. A final confirmation letter will be issued 7 days before departure.
