Shipping Policy

HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE FOR DELIVERY?

The delivery fee is for East Malaysia. For slightly bigger or heavier orders, simply add a product to the cart which will show you the delivery charge for that item, if you add more items the delivery may change.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We love to deliver things as quickly as possible, and most items are sent out on a 48hours courier service (two working days). Parcels are dispatched by ZZAS LOGISTICS  and can take between 3 and 5 days. The courier will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date. Please take note, orders placed at holiday times can take two days or longer times to dispatch, this is out of our control. 

Please get in touch with us if you require your item more quickly as we may be able to help.

DO I NEED TO BE AVAILABLE WHEN MY ORDER ARRIVES?

Due to the value of many items on the site, if the delivery is made by courier someone will need to be available to sign for the item.  If you aren't available and delivery is attempted, the courier will leave a card with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or directions to the nearest depot where you can collect your order.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE?

We take great care in packaging your items, but in the unlikely event that the order is damaged or is incomplete please contact us straight away or within 24 hours and we'll do everything we can to put it right.

Refund Policy

Driven by our culture, customer service is what really behind our business and drives it forwards. There are not many companies that offer what we do;

GOODS SOLD NOT REFUNDABLE

Goods sold are not returnable, refundable, or exchangeable unless you received an incorrect item or any factory defected items such as faulty zip, holes, and obvious stains, otherwise, it will not be accepted for return. Please get in touch with us to organize a return.  We strive to make this as simple and easy as possible.

  • If unwanted, products must be in the original condition and box you received them in.
  • Simply return the product using your chosen method, or we can arrange a collection.
  • Once we receive your item back at the warehouse, we'll refund you within 2 weeks (14 Days).

Please note: Because of the price of delivering liquids these are excluded.

Please note you will be required to provide proof of purchase.

Please ensure your product is well packaged, enclosed with proof of purchase, a note of the fault, and a return address.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

CANCELLATIONS & RETURNS

At YKL BORONG RUNCIT, we strive to make sure you have the best experience while selecting and buying your favorite furniture or product. Despite our best efforts to keep our customers happy. We have listed everything below about our Cancellation and Refunds policy so that in case you do decide to cancel your order or seek refunds, you do not face an iota of a problem. Please make sure to record the parcel opening video to proceed with cancellation or return.

Pre-Shipment Cancellations

Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?

A: Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail, though we would have loved to have added a new Ethnic Fashion statement to your wardrobe. Please be apprised that Ready To Ship orders are not eligible for cancellation as they are despatched within 24 hours of the receipt of the order.


Q: Why a "24 Hour" deadline?

A: As soon as your order is confirmed, action is initiated at our end. The process of picking, packaging, customizing and logistics start, and the ordered product in most cases has already passed through a couple of phases. In case a garment has to be readied or customized, the process is already underway.

Q: And what if I cancel after 24 hours of ordering?

A: Well, we have a provision for that too but do remember - orders cancelled post 24 hours of confirmation are dealt with on a case-to-case basis by our Customer Care team depending on the degree of process completion.

Q: Take how long time to get back my refund?
Only orders that have been rejected by us will be refunded, and we will let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, your refund shall be processed within 14 working days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too
